@perfectPOISON59 noob a glyph is a file of the truth uploaded by subject 16 which is split into 20 different images spread through out the game. Its not required for storyline completion but is required for 100% game completion. Maybe if u were more attenttive while doing your missions you would have noticed a minimum of 5 to 10 of 'em.
