@dalentrace Yeah no problem I used to use a 100 watt burner. Mind you have to watch what input power you put into it, some burners will take an input of 5 watts and some will take 10watts also you must make sure you have a good SWR hope this helps
Can the radio be alligned for both rx an tx using the superstar frequency or do you have to use a bench frequency counter and use the test points inside the radio?

You can use the superstar frequency counter for both, I do find they wander a little but yes you can defo use it for both

is there a power control in the radio i have the superstar 3900 eft and it only puts out 4w on ssb its a post to put out 32

If i remember correctly its VR12 for ssb but dont quote me on that mind.Where did you buy the radio from
