Dont do this if you care about your paint... the only way top half ass cheap way around it is to have a heat gun on at all times and use 5 different diameter tubes. Stick it between the fender and tire, apply pressure and have your friend advance the car very slowly.

if you want to do it right, all you need is a baseball bat and a car jack. Or the proper fender roller...

Your paint may not have chipped, but im sure it cracked slightly. 90% of the time theres some cracking. Easy to fix though.

You can also try the PVC roller trick. Even with an Eastwood Fender Roller (ie professional) you still run a great chance of chipping the paint.

There is no way around it, your bending metal with paint on it.

Yeh a lot of people in japan carry a pipe for after a hard run. THe brakes get hot and when they need to park they stick that under a tire without using the ebrake. out in the US we dont do it for legal reasons

I know Eastwood make's the tool to do it, people also use the "BAT" technique. there other videos on how to do it better like using the Eastwood tool and a heat gun. I think the hammer and dolly way should only be used in the sharp hard to reach area's. I wasn't exactly clear in my first post..lol

The video pre-dates Eastwood Fender Roller.

Also, the fender roller is nothing more then the "Bat" or "PVC" method that takes a lot of the "skill" needed out of doing that. Eastwood's Fender Roller will chip paint if the paint is old, you roll to much to soon or fail to heat properly.

Your bending metal, paint is bout to chip.
