@claimedranger09 You have to remember that halo was created by Bungie, and Microsoft has no portable gaming console. It's like Rareware making remakes of N64 games on XBox. There's always legal loopholes. Rareware wasn't wholly owned by Nintendo during the 90's, much like Bungie wasn't wholly owned by Microsoft. Rare made some DS games despite being owned by Microsoft. Goldeneye was going to be on XBLA revamped in 1080p at 60fps, but Nintendo got pissed. GE should be on a VC and XBLA .

no its not fuckstick, if you check with gamepro, there was a halo DS that was going to be made, its control scheme was to be similar to that of metroid prime hunters. but as digitald3mise said, there were problems with the lisence and it never happend, however, it may happen in the future.

Its already been exposed. You can check one of the many exposure videos. The legal issues were probably cause the Goldeneye developers would not be happy that a Halo mod was going to profit off of them. This is why I have a PSP, cause a REAL Halo is coming out for it.
