@lilyfleur7 All at once! But I always tell people to start at ONE pill, then next day take TWO, then THREE to assess your tolerance. Everyones body is different. I have a question. The bottle says take 3 capsules a day. Do you take them all at once or throughout the day? If so how should you space them out?
