I wouldn't really consider tower hill as a castle but about 150 meters away from it there is a buried castle you can still see the top of it poking out the mud, over the years the hill has had several very small mud storms and long rains that has flooded and buried the castle with water and mud until today its almost gone. You took the bestshots of the place, i wouldn't exactly be bragging about the back streets of pensarn flats lol
@Gelephoto Yeah is worth a visit man, its hard to know when your actually there because i4s pretty inconspicuous but there's a sign near where the entrance was describing the history of it etc.
Like the rest of the North Wales coast as far as Colwyn Bay, used to be nice till all the Druggies/Criminals/Dole Scum moved in from Scouse and Mankland.

I agree with you, some of the other comments are very negative, makes you wonder why they visit or live in Abergele, that being said everyone is entitled to ther opinion.
@Gelephoto most of them probably choose not too as they we're brought up there and if your young abergele or any place in north wales aside maybe bangor (and lets face it bngors a boring hole) is not really a place for younger people. North wales has become a massive retirement home for the boring and/or old.
lol i used to go there every year we have a caravan 2minutes drive from the sarasens head pub its amazing there love goin trout fishin lol am from liverpool id rather live up there u dont get in crap for fartin lol haha thanks for the post..
Oh come on, Abergele isn't that bad. Its not Shangri-La but its not a terrible place either. Ask the older locals, and they will say it is worse today than it was mainly due to the influx of people moving there from northern England. It used to be a sleepy market town, then traffic got bad and they built the A55 and a new Safeway. Is this progress? You can discuss at the McDonalds - that junction is a mess. But the old Abergele still remains and I always enjoy going there when I am in the UK.
In years to come you will appreciate what Abergele has got, but before you do you will have to get away and see the world. Hope youe have a great time I know I did and I still like Abergele. Grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, until you climb over it then you see the that its just as green where you had been.
@JF1NN3Y i am from Liverpool and i moved here and lived here for 6 years and i think its a lovly town but Tescos ruins the scenery its usely cold the weather but u will get use to it and i dont mind im cold blooded to
