Kingfrog has it right. TOR is not designed for high speeds, you screw it up for everyone by running torrents through it (not to mention it will be slower than a snail). How'bout just try TORVPN? It's a fast VPN by default, and you can enable transparent TOR proxying whenever you need it (without having to install the TOR client on your computer - or any other software).

The TOR website says that you can't depend solely on the TOR network for anonymity. There are multiple adjustments that you have to make to your computer. It's very confusing to me

Also if you know someone in Iran or China use your machine as a private bridge to the tor network for them because the network is blocked there.(the relay lists and exit node lists are available to the public).... Knowledge is free...
