the main ring is in zanaris and to operate it u need to get permission from the fairy god father during the quest fairy tale part 2 then you need to weild a dramen staff to use it

2 things, 1:you dont need 57 herblor or 49 farming to use fairy rings just those to finish quest and 2:for farming if u dont already have it use a garden pie to raise it 2 or 3 and for herblor i sugjest use daves evil pies at lvl 53 or so then when u get a +4 or more boost quickly make pot

u can finish with 14 farming but with higher farming the vine-monster at the end will be easyer + u can only use the magic secatures on him
