Just one suggestion: use your other (left) foot to push up on the heel of the foot on the choking leg while pulling down on the head.

@ghostllunall Yep. She's missing a step. She should put the left leg over top of the back of the neck as well, almost doubling the pressure on the choke. Here it can be seen here used properly in an actual MMA fight.

@dirtyminded604 I was just going to comment and say the same thing. Left leg up and over the top of the right foot to create a triangle. I have never seen it used other than training. One of my favorite techniques for sure. Submissions 101 has a good demo.
