The Hannibal costume is from the sims 2 website. There are a few slave girl ones to download, but not Christine's Think of Me dress (The gorgous stage show dress, I mean)

While in the neighborhood, if you type showheadlines off in the cheatbox, it will get rid of the speech bubbles :) and by having a spare sim on the lot you can get rid of the green thing by giving it to them.
But other than that this is great! Awesome custom content!
