I must admit I thought Derek was a good dancer but typically flash. After seeing him on Dancing With The Stars partnering Nicole Scherzinger, they are fantastic together. He seems like a really nice guy as well as a phenominal talent. Cheryl and Nicole? Not bad eh guys?!!
