A bit hard to understand, its like hes speaking a different language :-P good demo though, its easier to understand when watching anyways. I had to do the same when i went on a military tourism trip in israel. We learned krav maga, how to shoot a lot of guns, and other special forces things, and all the instructors were ex special forces. unfortunately they also had a thick israeli accent, but they were great at teaching through action. it was a great trip, if youre interested, lionops.com

Ich habe selber lange Zeit diverse Kampfsportarten betrieben und bin begeistert von der realitätsnahen Umsetzung beim krav Maga, angepasst auf jede Situation. @Hamking1 doesnt matter it might get hot and it might pinch but you just jammed the gun once it goes off.... and it is better then getting shot
