I find it funny you think this is magical. If you would play FalloutNV on PC, you would realize that is probably the most easiest thing to do in the game. Seriously, I literally climbed to the top of the Lucky 38 building from outside, Called an army of Enclave to anihilate The legion, and to top it all off, I blew up all of Bitter Springs.
