dont get me wrong, did has an AHHH-MAZING voice, but after hearing Vicci Martinez(The Voice)'s versoin many times, then finding this, i made me feel like it was VICCI'S song, this one sounding SO different. If i hadnt heard Vicci's, i probobly wouldnt feel like this :(. Thumbs If You Agree

On one side it's a good thing with two very different versions of the same song, because then there's a version for everybody, BUT... this is bloody awful.

Make no mistake. I LOVE Dido, but having never heard this song and having first heard Vicci Martinez sing, then this is just boring and I don't even think it suits Dido's amazing voice. This song is from this moment on a Vicci Martinez song in my eyes...

...still can't get over the fact that it's the same song... It's so freaking bad.

I looked this up for the studio recording of Vicci on YouTube and found this. I searched the original lyrics of this song as well. While Vicci did something similar, it is /not/ this song. It's a song written off this one. Hers has extra words/verses this one doesn't have. Secondly, this one was never officially released, and Vicci is doing an 'original' song, doesn't mean it's hears, or 100% unknown, only 'original' which in music, means unreleased.

@krystalakina look at the lyrics again... except for the chorus and a few words added/taken off, the words are exactly the same... the melody IS different, this is true, it is NOT an original song if the lyrics were written mostly by someone else almost 10 years ago. It is plagiarism, plain and simple. Vicci is an award winning songwriter, it's a shame they didn't give her a song that was ALL her own, or let her sing a song she wrote.

This song (among others) was never released officialy, Dido recorded them in a demo CD called "Odds & Ends"

Some songs in that cd, were re-edited and were on the No Angel cd, but not this one.
