@TheSpetsnazboy It doesn't get any more specific than the description supplied with the video. However, I will add that you can do small or big hippy, though small is preferred. You're not doing a judo kick per se, read the description for information on that. Holding bail wouldn't do anything, as bailing is simply bailing.
