John covers this old chestnut beautifully. And I have a question for him: I know that's a Martin guitar. And it's got a capo pretty far up the neck & what looks like a spare clamped to the headstock. That wouldn't be one of those like Andy McKee, uses, would it? Doesn't clamp down on all the strings but puts the guitar into a different tuning without any muss or fuss...? I' self-taught, so I don't know much, but I know what I like. Good choice on moving to MN. Learn to love lutefisk yet?
I think the one he is using covers all 6 strings. Possible that the one on the head bars less strings.
