You still need the original Mugen files that you copy inside the Sonic Battle ME folder.

i got it from your link but how come zero from your link cannot be touched if zero vs zero i can fight back but when it comes to another characters vs zero zero cannot be touched it is so difficult to defeat zero when i use another characters

Different characters ? Different creators, sprites and sounds ? Everything's possible.

There're not just one MegaMan X and MegaMan ZERO for Mugen... there can be alot of differents versions of just one character.

All you could do is reading the attacks out of the CMD-file.

Well... it's one of the stages that comes with the SBME screenpack.

You could download the screenpack and copy all the stages in your regular mugen.

The stages will still work.

Actually such additions didn't exist for mugen characters but I know for sure there is a normal armor X from X4-6 for mugen.

Although I have to admit that I do not know where you could download him... sorry :(

You could try to download it somewhere and copy these stages in your regular Mugen.

Hey man there's this move one of the other versions of him can use not the one with the flaming sword but the less cooler looking version of that. Let me know if you figure out how to use this ice storm thing he does. It's kinda like the move with the one you're using. If you press 4 of the buttons at the same time in the air with that megaman all of these little beams will go up and down with a blue backround. There was also another move with the one that could use ice storm.(read next comment)

nope... X isn't cheap, or broken or something like this.

The Sonic Characters are simply to weakly.

X Powerlevel is around 1000, what normal is for Mugen Characters.

But the Power of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles etc. is just 400.

I don't know why the creator has done this, but so, these Sonic Chars are really easy to beat.

But don't call me idiot... it escaped my notice.
