If I am a General Buiding Contractor,,,Let's say for ex. I will contract to build a Mansion for $2 million and I will run out of money in the middle of it..because of missmanaging my funds. What can I do??? Run to the bank??? and ask for a million (that I can NOT pay back anyway??) to BAIL me out to finish the project?? NO!I should go belly up and get the hell out of this business. $700 Billion is $700,000 Million or $700,000,000,000 in case you are not sure.
BTW, kid, $7B is $7,000M and there is no difference between them.
