@Sk8erguy1996 Just a normal USB cable that one would use for a printer for example. (square pin to normal rectangular pin - I think I just used an old printer cable)
@sarinapaparone Got it today and I'm amazed! It's a very fine instrument, it's not a cheap toy at all. Mine is a bit heavy, I usually play with my SG Junior that's why it's weight seems that heavy...
The neck is perfect but I'll change the strings, they are very light. The sounds and the guitar are incredible, for a so-called cheap guitar it's amazing!!!
250€ from MusikSchmidt, ordered on tuesday in Germania and delivered today in Italy, che bello!!!
sounds very nice is the interface expensive? iam just a beginner, whats more important first get the fingers moving and leave the chords or both ,keep cool
@bozo5116 Learn both if you can. That is also a good way to maintain interest. Interfaces are coming down in price lots now. The presonus audiobox is great and you should be able to get it for $140 US or less.
@GigoTheDoctor The drums are a looped sample. I got a DVD of drum samples when I purchased the Presonus Firewire Interface. The tone at 2:10 is the "B" amp setting of the "Shine On" preset I have. Prior to that I was using the"A" amp setting of the same preset.
@jr231231 It is quite complicated at first. The key is in device setup. You need an audio interface to get it working properly. (I presume u have one? eg. Presonus USB interface) Once u have this you need to select the device's audio driver in the setup. Start a new project and add an audio track. Arm the track by pressing the red and yellow bits. Press record and you are away. I can't put it any simpler. If u need further info try the net. Hope this helps.
Really really good stuff there man, nice improv in a similar style to my own - I think we must share similar influences or something. You are a bit more inventive than myself... but I'll get there eventually!
If its possible, might you share a link to wherever you got that backing track? I'd love to jam to it myself.
@Slayblaze Thanks mate. I think we have similar tastes because we are similar in age. (though I am slightly older than you) I love your presets with the Digitech. I have downloaded many. As far as the backing track is concerned, send me a personal messaqge with your email and I will send it to you. I've got no idea what its called and where I got it from. Thanks for the kind words.
@ryuta7530 Thanks. I've been playing guitar for at least 20 years though I had an extended break for nearly 15 years. Now I'm back into playing every day and loving it.
@GigoTheDoctor No. What I meant is that you should plug in the USB cable1st and then plug in the digitech power cable last. Then open cubase. It just seems to work for me sometimes. Good luck.
Do you have any problems recording with this device ?
I have the same unit RP355 and the driver crashes , I even ask DigiTech to send me the beta driver but nothing , it crashes again and I need to reset the driver all the time :S Any ideas ?
@GigoTheDoctor No. Can't say I have had any major problems. Very rarely it can lose "connection" with the computer. I have found that connecting everything 1st and then powering up the Digitech last increases reliability. It is much more reliable in comparison to my Yamaha Audiogram USB interface. Have you tried it on any other computers?
im gonna get 1 soon :D

Totally erotic! :D
but damn how good of a machine you need to run amplitube, cuz on my 2ghz it was total shit.
Trinivalts 1 year ago
@Trinivalts Thanks. My machine is not very good but it runs well. 2GHz and 1G of RAM should be plenty to do the trick. An audio interface is the key.

@ellfad21704 The backing track is my own original. I cancelled the whole thing now so I don't think I can retrieve the backing track alone. Sorry.
