New capital one tactic to steal identity via internally. Offer card to you. You get it and start using it and then a fraud alert is put on the card. You call the company and they want driver's license copy, utility bill copy, but then what they really want is paystub, 1099, or IRS tax form copy. All this to take off a fraud alert. Beware of Capital One. I've had every card ever made to man, and this one is horrible.

Sir, you are getting mad at the wrong person. Do not call their customer service line, you should write a letter to their management or call them directly via email. You can find the emails of the management team in the internet easily.
You look like a fool when you go for the little guy, who probably makes $11 in hour or work in India for even less.
Shame on you, you should remove that video.

I bet people were making fun of this gentleman back there! so stubborn! just pay whay u gotta pay! CC are business not charity. I agree, people on the phone are just conveying the message and I can tell it's harder for them when a bad debt account owner is calling to set the rules themselves. Oh btw CapOne doesn't makes outsourcing in India only, therefore the economy and currency vary from region to region so wht seems to be a little for you is enough for others ...little dude.

Do you think that your business put one fucking dime in his pocket? Do you think that he gave one shit if you were a customer or not.
