for example im a mesomorph but want to look like them what should i work on

empire562, lift heavy, eat 1g protein per lb body weight, reduce calories enough so that you drop 1lb per week.. eventually the body fat will lower enough you have abs and muscle definition. I am currently doing that and almost have my 6 pack :)

@nyman1228 Everyone is different... you need to calculate your BMR (search google) and then lower that by max 500 calories per day. Eat fruit by itself instead of grains for carbs too, that helped me a lot!
