  • This does not work. Anyone semi flexible can get out of that. Ive done it many times.

  • I would have expected a heel at around 4:14...

  • and what if you're not strong enough to pull them down from the clinch?

  • @chronicebonics work out?

  • at about 1:00: that would work great against alot of ground guys seeing as how natural reaction would be to shoot in. but turn the circle use there force drop that knee heavy to take there wind. then the rest is history! Good Tech.!

  • excellent thank you

  • Where is the best place to learn this kind of thing properly like a DVD or something?

  • I've seen top instructors on DVD and for real, my instructor is Braulio estima he's very good. This guy Renato Tavarres is also very good... just from the video you can see he understands how to apply and transfer just the right amount of leverage... excellent instruction

  • Guys you should check out the full DVD, Renato Tavarres gi and no gi, it has a ton of good stuff on it, you can score it on ebay for like 15 bucks

  • Great series from the FHL, no matter how you get there.

  • doesn't matter if it's hard to pull down his head, if he resists, u let go of his head and it will flick up and for that split second he can't sprawl and u can shoot in on his legs, very basic freestyle wrestling trick noobs

  • in folk wrestling that first position isn't very easy to get

  • he makes it seem like pulling down the head is a piee of cake... but in reality its not, its a struggle...

  • Jesus... it's a demo, for crying out loud. It's a strong meat and potatoes series. Drill it enough, and you'll feel out when your opponent is open for the snapdown...

  • It is easy as long as you pull on the HEAD and not the NECK like most people down.

  • Go to the American Top Team website, and you will find your answer grasshoppers!

  • Dunno but his wrestling looks smart

  • Who is this guy? I like his style.

  • Renato Tavarres, hes my BJJ coach, unfreakin real with the gi and no gi, not to mention he is a personal trainer, he has a school in Orlando FL
