'Diving on and around the wreck'....several sites in the video, not my call what made it in, was a nice surprise when it got sent through as it wasn't expected...... It was filmed on a day 'out of Porthgain' which involved a fair bit of cruising about /wildlife watching too.
Dan Stevenson is the cameraman for 'Deep Wreck Mysteries' the TV show (hence the email address) and the divers in the film include Monty Halls.....Great days wildlife watching and diving.
ok.... lets just straighten a few facts.... the Dan Beard is not out of porthgain, it is in Pwll deri, why did your video show so little of the wreck? there is masses of it there. could you not find much? after all, it is not a small ship... but nice one for trying, dan@deepwreck.co.uk..... hmmmm..... did some one say deepwreck? he he.... most of it is at about 8 meters.......
Good stuff,nowhere near enough of it.Really captures the ghostly gloom of UK waters,which may never match the clarity of far flung destinations,but can easily make up for it in other ways.
My Uncle went down on this ship..It looks so peaceful..thanks for posting it.
