Ok the form wasn't brilliant but it's better than what I could do for sure. So for those who make stupid negative comments why don't you post up a video of you doing proper form in a good time? My guess is that you're no way near!
On your second set, you only did 39 double unders (DU), which means you didn't do Annie because that requires you to do 40 DU. I'm not going to even talk about the sit ups because you didn't do one! And next time try and get a good shot of the time and don't be dancing around like you did something and your hip hop from whatever Slavic country you are from sucks

I like the way you gradually work your self up more and more, until you make that last childish comment lol. Maybe his form is not perfect, but at least he is training and posting it up. What are you doing?
