  • The Great Dark Spot used to be there... then it took an arrow to the knee.

  • Complete space newbie here --Wouldn't meteorites, dust or debris going 1000's of mph smash into voyager and disable or destroy it?

  • @FloridaRaider

    and yet none has.. interesting

  • @FloridaRaider

depends if its in the line of fire so to speak.

  • Is there no question this is a diverse property. Many circumstance, the right ones, led to this.

In our solar system we have planets that are too far and unstable to support life. But this can't be said about other solar system where you could image a reverse. It depends on the sun size, how the solar system was formed, the chemicals used, gravity, volume, dimension. All of this plays it part in the grand scheme of it. That's my two cents.

  • Notice when he says, Uranus, it sounds like Urinus. Looks like there is really no way to express the planet without making it sound like a reference to involvement of animal waste matter.

  • more lucky monkeys acting smart..............

  • blue..like earth

  • Good job with this video! I'm putting it in my presentation on Thursday :)

  • Neptune blows me away. Even though it's a tiny spec, among trillions of other observeable objects out there.... I have a fascination with this planet.

  • neptune looks cooler than saturn in my opinion.

  • @WWAAK Oh it really is ''cooler''. No pun intended and then again with. The temprature can dip down to -55 kelvin. That's about -218 celcius. And i agree it looks awsome. Funny that the dark spot dissapeard and then a new one's on the top.

  • @GlennFalconiVEVO

no way it could be negative Kelvin. 0 Kelvin is absolute zero, -273 degrees Celsius.

  • @dmajor050 Oh then the source where i've got it from must be bonkers :/ Well check out aggmanUK's review about it. But i said -218 so it could be me who's mistaking.

  • @WWAAK cos it's further away from the sun? [ lol ]

  • at 0:10 sec you hear the proper!! way to say uranus name

  • no you hear the american way to say it!! the greeks did not say it like that i can bet!!

  • See that's my favorite planet right there.

  • My too!

  • Where does the energy come from to generate those winds? Internal heating and solar energy would seem to be less than at Jupiter, for example.

  • I've heard it said that the lack of heat is actually a big factor in the wind speeds on the outer planets. ie. not enough hot winds being generated to stop the cold winds from gathering momentum.

  • @BarryDennen12 planet still babby

  • I'm glad you uplded this as I learned something new. It's true that Neptune's winds are more than 1,500 miles per hour.

  • my kid is fascinated with neptune thanks!!

  • see an astrologer and find out why !!
