You got it wrong. God Created Holy angels with free will. Some of them choose evil, God is blameless. Everything was meant to be God, until sin(disobidience) entered into Creation. God being just must punish and destroy evil, God was forced to create Hell because of Sin. Jesus is so meek, humble and Holy, I see no reason in rejecting him.
