  • I did those for a while after I couldnt do anymore bubkas. I got a pain in my shoulder so I went to see a sports medicine doc. The guy had no personality but, he did say, question, do you do crossfit? I said yes, to which he said, stop kipping.

    Shoulder stopped hurting. :)
