Kayak Fishing off the Gold Coast, in a Hobie Adventure Island

Great video showing an off shore kayak sailing. How far from the coast where you? Did the weather get worse? I just bought an AI and I can wait for it to arrive so I can do some sailing like that. Have a fair wind and pleasant seas.

@NaveganteBOG Heya mate - not too far out; only 3 or 4 kilometers at the farthest point; probably only 1-2k in the video, from memory.

We made sure that we went out after the weather had turned 'for the better' based on our Met bureau predictions; a few hours after the video was taken, it was practically lake-like conditions.
