Our Navy, the Royal Navy, also has them, but our's are called the CIS Goalkeeper Defence System. Although our's are better because they're more accurate, fire rounds at a faster rate and they can move 360 degrees, whereas the American's can only move a little less that 180 degrees, which means they have to have more of them. So, overall, England's better.
