@khundar No, it means "The Land Will Not Tell". The song is about confiding secrets to nature, talking to trees, the land, who will not tell it to anyone, keeping it secret. :)
@wilpuri24: Yeah, I see it now! It's "kertoa" isn't it? I thought it was a noun... So it's Maa (the land) ei (does not/will not) kerro (say). Oh, I've got it after half a year xD Thanks for help anyway :o)
hi! can anybody tell me what the title means? what is this song about? i have a cpompilation cd that contained this song and sinca trhat i love this song even though i do not understand a single word
I like their nature themed songs the best. The romance songs are of course good too, but somehow the nature descriptions fit this style of music perfectly.
This song is for instance a bit slower than "Seelinnikoi" but it's as good as that one, too :) Those three girls make a really good and lovely band (omitting the entire orchestra at the back, of course :D)

Who can I confide in,
who will listen to my woes all day?
I'll tell the trees, I'll tell these fields,
I'll tell the birch tree's branches high.
Hear my longing, juniper and aspen,
and listen to my desires.
So let the birds deliver my words,
and let the treetops pronounce my message.
This is a lyrics i found. Its from their album called Vihma (greatest album ever btw).

Yeah, they have all lyrics on their web-site. Doesn't the title mean something like "The land is not a mine" ?

You should give some credit to the orchestra. I had the enjoyment of talking to the girls last January.
