Olivia De Havilland is easily one of my top three favorite actresses of all time. She is up there with Grace Kelly and Rita Hayworth, perhaps even surpassing both in certain roles. One of my most beloved and watched movies as a child is the 1938 classic masterpiece 'The Adventures of Robin Hood,' in which she had stolen my heart as "Maid Marian." Such natural beauty and refined elegance is extremely rare in Hollywood today.

She has lived through Hollywood's golden era, she is like a national treasure. It will be a sad day when she dies, because she is one of the last from that time.

We should really pay our respects to them while they are alive, like you have done on this video. Great job.

she was SO AWESOME in the Snake Pit and the Heiress! de havilland isn't what you call BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL but she was so elegant. her acting was just great - and in my opinion, better than Joan Fontaine's.

Interesting, excellent actor who wasn't afraid to cover up her beauty if the script called for her to be plain. For example, the movies The Heiress, Snake Pit, To Each His Own, and Not As A Stranger. I especially like her movies with Errol Flynn as her co-star.
