In fact Cuba has excelled in producing high quality, freely available medicine for some time now. The entire medical & research arena is an area that has flourished despite U.S embargoes. Cuba has suffered greatly from trade embargoes from capitalist countries trying to bleed her dry & yet the people are still strong & proud.

In fact Cuba has excelled in producing high quality, freely available medicine for some time now. The entire medical & research arena is an area that has flourished despite U.S embargoes. Cuba has suffered greatly from trade embargoes from capitalist countries trying to bleed her dry & yet the people are still strong & proud.

What do you want free healthcare if there is not medicine for you? It is true the the best doctors are Cubans, but they have nothing to work with and the best ones are not in Cuba, the are in venezuela, Haiti or somewhere in Africa. If you have US Dollars there is everything for you but in Cuba you don't get paid in Dollars, but in Cuban Pesos.
