  • Such a beautiful song. I wonder why no other artist has done it.

  • @jayseah32 jimmy fontana was the first singer who did this song-il nostro concerto!

  • @hollbri1

    Thanks for the info.

  • @hollbri1 my mistake-Umberto Bindi did it first-but fontana much better!

  • Childhood memories...........forever kept in my heart.

  • Thank you so much for sharing this timeless song, how about 'Can this be Love' do you have that?

  • Where were you in '62? If you remember January of that year....You were probably listening to this song from the little speaker in your dashboard radio!!!

  • Thanks. Am also waiting for the song ""While there still time"" to be uploaded..

  • This song has slipped off my mind............now I heard it again.........thank you so much for having this uploaded.

  • Good Heavens!! I never thought the day would come that I would be able to hear this song again, one of my all time favorites, thank you Nancy for leading me to this amazing channel, same goes to you too Mr.Onsop! I hope you'd also find among your collections Doris Day's "You My Love" ...more power!!

  • Very beautifully sung by Steve Lawrence

who always does such a wonderful

job with the lyrics he sings.

  • Beautiful. Thank you, Nancy, and to you, too, onsop. Now that you've started uploading Steve Lawrence songs, would "While There's Still Time" be far behind?

  • I'm still shaking my head in disbelief. I never thought I'd hear this favorite again. Early '60s is the best I can place it. It right up there with the best of Steve: PORTRAIT OF MY LOVE, SEND SOMEONE TO LOVE ME, GO AWAY LITTLE GIRL, et al. Many thanks for this trip back.

  • A million thanks for granting my request.

  • You sure do not get to hear Steve Lawrence much these days...I know him well, but totally forgot about him myself! ha ha This was just wonderful...such an excellent crooner! I enjoyed this very much! 10 stars!
