realtek soundcards are just... just shit :) so avid liquid have problems with RTL too, but it doesn't matter. if u wanna good sound - use smthn like external creative soundcards.

I already knew about the realtek problem ok big deal so its not compatible its not shitty software just because your computer wont run it... by the way sony vegas is shit!

well, the thing is that Avid Tech. is useless! Terrible interface, and doesn't work with RealTek cards (they are a MAJOR manufacturer).

Screw Avid.

what are you talking about? Avid MC'S interface is extremely efficient... You just probally have a computer that isnt really compatible with the editing software. Or you dont know the software that well so my advice go back to windows movie maker i guess...

What are you babbling about...? The interface looks so old-school, like Windows 95.

Am I only one, you should really check around before commenting. Just google "Avid (product) realtek", I know there's a solution but it's not the right thing to do - you are just covering the problem, not solving it because you can't!

I use Sony Vegas, or in worst case Premiere.

I also know that the majority of the Hollywood studios are using Avid too, but then again - I haven't seen a REALLY goo film in years

you probally just googled avid problems if you spent 2 and half grand you would get it working and you would like it. You probally tried to pirate it and got problems. What a suprise
