Not only Euro MPs want to keep secret their enormous expenses, the numerous civil servants from various countries who work in Brussels have no proper screening or accountability of many of their expense claims,either?

Best of luck Declan for having the courage to challenge the rot and deadwood of a crazy, inefficient bureaucracy in Brussels many of whose well meaning directives are completely ignored by member states when they do not suit the intrests of big lobby groups etc

Not one copy of the Lisbon Treaty was available in Donegal, NW Ireland. Only for the internet I would be still waiting for a copy. Bertie Ahern (former Taoiseach) signed the Treaty and did not read it. Then what else did Bertie Ahern sign that he did not read?
