  • im so exited i just got my front giants and this is the first day ive tryed them!!! im a lvl 5, i dont understand why though i think im better than that but...... i dont have my cartwheels on beam they stump me i meen i even have my back hand springs on beam!

  • @kittygonevamp OMG same here i am in pre team and i have my back hip circle on bars every one does not in my gym but i can't do my stupid chin up pull over if you could give me advice on how to do the chin up pullover i will give you advice on the cartwheel on beam

  • @honeycoverdedtoast10 your comment is very different from kitty gonevamp's comment. I think you two have different issues.

  • okay...well i want to learn a front giant but im terrified of them..but i need them if i want to be a level 10 this year...sooo any adviceee???

  • Well i would start with reverse grip cast bails. Thats how i started, just pile up some mats and cast reverse grip and just fall. Then after that go to a single rail and try some falls from reverse grip. Just make sure you have a coach there. Hope you can get them soon, good luck.

  • yea i can cast over and then i just swing and hop my hands on the upswing, but its the whole shifting my wrists thing that scares me lol and i cast with my thumbs over the bar and i dont know if i should just keep them around the bar or if i should try to switch them when im on the way down...

  • front giants are kinda scary to learn at first but then once u get them they're not that bad. try when u swing up to come to a front support so u learn how to shift. and as for your thumbs its fine to keep them wrapped some people keep them wrapped and some pull them back once they r falling. i personally pull mine back once i fall but its up to you. good luck.

  • oo wut level r u i competed level 7 and got my front giants today there so much fun!

  • wow very good!!!

so GREAT GOOD job love this video

  • how did you start learning them? I do a normal cast then switch my wrists. I have that down but don't know how to work the rest

  • there are lot of mistakes, but this is awsome...i will never learn those, cos i have to hard sholders

  • those are really good =]

we're starting tolearn them too, but i cant get a reverse-grip cast handstand!! they look fun though

my friend has them perfect! i'm so jealous of her. do you think theire harder or easier than normal giants?

  • Humm they are fun and not to hard i got them pretty fast. The only thing is,is that they hurt your elbow/arm yeah there pretty easy once you get a solid cast.Front giants are a bit harder. Thanks for the comment!

  • ya i have hyper-extended elbows which means they bend a little to far back. kinda like how nastia's kneed are. so when i tried these they kinda hurt! by the way your really good! how old are you? how many hours do u train?

  • I was 15 years old in this video. And i trained about 18 hours a week. But i had to quit a few months ago because of a back injury.

  • ohh thats too bad! i feel so bad for you!

  • SO PRETTY! <3!
