@mensaction You're thinking of aristocracy in the form of hereditary oligarchies. Aristocracy generally means the rule of the few best citizens. What egalitarian liberals fail to mention in their critique of monarchy and aristocracy is the fact that the noble families built themselves up to that position over the course of a few generations. Modern democracy seems to me to be the more feminine form of political organization because it is all-inclusive.

We live in a democracy, not an aristocracy. The rule of male authority was actually more stable in monarchies and true aristocracies.

@bxjam85 Aristocracies are the feminine form of organization--they exclude. The masculine organization is inclusive--it builds up.
