Really enjoyed your version. I'm a beginner. Are there any decent tabs available for this song. What I've found on the internet haven't been real exciting.
Very good playing! If you play this together with a band, the band would play in the key of D. In the 2nd position playing, the harp would be tune in the key of G. But it is a low harp. Your harp playing sounds high tuned. In whitch position do you play this?, and in whitch key is your harp tuned, please? Best greetings from Berlin, Thomas
@Spreemusik2 Sorry, I don't know the answers to you technical questions. This is a D harmonica. I like it because it needs very little air to make a loud sound. Thanks for your comments!
Tip: I know a woman, her name is Christelle, who can play the diatonic magnifique (very good). She is living in France, her channel is Christellester, I hope you will visit her site and enjoy her playing. She is a good friend of mine.
You can play single notes and you can play several notes together on your diatonic.
I like that sound very much, and it brings variation in the way you play the song.
My compliments!!
As you know I play chromatic harmonicas, with a chromatic you only can play single notes, and the sound of a chromatic is different, and it's also more difficult to play a chromatic harmonica.
Many years ago I played a diatonic harmonica myself you know.
I have 2 chromatic harmonicas, but I can't get either of them to sound as good as my diatonics. I wish that I could, but I gave up trying. You're right, they are too difficult. For me.
Before I can post this song I want to play it without any off-keynotes as you know.
Therefor I have to practice several weeks, and most of all I try to play the song in several octaves with note-changing, because I like that, so please be patient, it will come!
Listen to Derek playing on harmonicashow.co.uk.....and learn !!!

@xspwr11 I don't know of tabs. This song has a simple tune, so you can learn to play it easily. It's a good beginner song.
