This is great! My husband is from Guam and I am white. I just bought this book and will be sure to show it to our future hapas... or "chamaoles" like they say in Guam.

I had heard about this book from a series on CBC radio and bought it not long afterwards.
I reccomend this book to anyone who is interested in socio-racial and cultural issues, as well as fans of photography.
The Hapa phenomenon of socio-biological globalization is the next bold step in human evolution, both biologically and sociologically. This book is an excellent preview of what the future has in store for us in an increasingly globalized world.
