He could even have tried to find a woman in Zoar. The story is nonsense from beginning to end.

If you believe in Jesus without touching zombie Jesus body and without being his friend before he died, you are only using your emotion. You need to think about why one apostle had to touch zombie Jeus before he would believe Jesus came to life after dying. Why this same Jesus won't let me, or you, touch him.

@57worldwide in the first place thanks for simplifying that for me, in second place Jesus is not a zombie, in third place some of the other apostles lost their faith in Jesus even Peter his most faithful friend and the first pope that lived, our religion isn't about proof like science is about believing and having faith in our God.
That's why he gave us the freedom of choosing: believe or not believe

So, your religion can't just be about believing and having faith. One of Jesus' apostles was skeptical and lacked belief - did he go to hell, or did he get evidence? If he got proof, it means proof does not interfere with choice or free will.

I still stand by my previous statement - one of Jesus' apostles asked for evidence, was given it, and still was saved (according to your scripture, anyway). This means freedom of choice can still exist if Jesus showed himself to everyone and let us touch his injuries (as the apostle did).
Also, zombies exist if the Bible's true.

See, knowing something is different to just having faith. You have faith that your religion is true, but without proof I think you are mistaken. I can't know God exists until it can be shown to be true (like one apostle needed).

Genesis 20 shows that there were plenty other people if they travelled a bit & they could have gone to Egypt or Babylon. What was to stop Lot getting another wife? He could even have tried to find a woman in Zoar. The story is nonsense from beginning to end.

They didn't skip this story in my church , but yeah one should really know what the bible has to say and how it tells it's story. the only way to know what the bible says is to read the bible. This version adds some things to the story ( like the personality of Lot and his daughters) I am unsure if Lot hated God. Actually ,I believe that he talked to God on a very personal level (He talked to God before sodom and gomerah) and I am unsure if God and the angel spoke that like that
