@topkid1988 Look, it's not exactly 1000, you skip over many of them, and it's not to get a character, it's to give him/her level 5 wizard for no jewel cost. But regardless of this big deal, I don't have Aldora in my party usually.
First off, you have to make sure Neidhart doesnt kill the knight. Either by entering the scene with him on your team or NEVER meeting him in your current playthrough, which is impossible for Aisha and Albert.
Then with a free slot in your team, return there to the dragon knight and help him fight, he'll join you instantly and he never dies, but I'd still say he's more of a variety than useful. I'll touch upon him in my Saga review in a few months.
@BC3602bloopers I am still around here and im still not too famous, so I dont get a lot of traffic, so you can always count on me replying.
And yes, I do reviews and plan to make a special video about the SaGa series one day. I'll most likely talk about Saga Frontier 2, Unlimited Saga and Romancing Saga MS.
Do you ever get Aldora in your party in her own body? I heard that if you went into Purgatory, on your next replay you'd get Aldora in her body. Just checking if there's any truth to it.
@Manga911 Oh thanks for the comment. As far as I know, no. I even got the brady games guide and it doesn't mention a thing, apparently it's an ending only thing. But I did discover that the Purgatory IS indeed unlocked for next playthroughs. I guess I could on this playthrough go into the underworld and complete purgatory and check for you if it's true.
@FarelTheGecko If you have the time that would be incredibly awesome. I'd do it myself but my frickin' brother deleted my file so I'm all the way back at the first damn playthrough. But if you don't want to that's totally okay with me.
@Manga911 I'm replaying as Albert, so I could do so, No problem! Althought the "special secret thing" I was meant to record this time how the DARK elemental lords look like and their weapons.
@FarelTheGecko Well, I don't need you to record it. A text reply saying yes or no would be just fine for me. And I'm unsure but can't you kill the Elemental Lords in the same playthrough (I don't remember there being any overlap between "Who Am I" and the four elemental beasts.) I know you can kill Ptyrix on your way.
@Manga911 Ok I just tested the whole "purgatory Aldora thing" check out the description of the video, I've edited it and added the update at the end, hope that helps you out
@Manga911 BAH! I REPEAT: the purgatory was open for the next playthroughs, so I didnt have to relevel Aldora. Also, since I've killed Pyrix, I didn't have to unlock any ending to get to it. I just had to complete Purgatory and that wasn't that hard, just one afternoon time, nothing more. And now we know how it ends. Really dissapointing and as said, I'm not a fan of him/her so I doubt I'll get any of both into my team, regardless of the upside of that!
I've started playing this again recently. I'm hoping if anyone can answer. Are you able to re-recruit Aldora or real Darque again after you kick them either off your team? I tried to find real Darque back in the Assassin's Guild but he's not there (nor is he in any town). I've finished with all 8 eight characters but it's been about 5 years since I've last played this.
1000 floors just to get another character?

I've started playing this again recently. I'm hoping if anyone can answer. Are you able to re-recruit Aldora or real Darque again after you kick them either off your team? I haven't done the assassin path yet... so I ain;t sure, but I do have a clue. The Assasin's Guild has 3 special rooms
-The room your suppose to go to to finish the quest and where you fight the boss
-A treasure room with chests
-The room where Darque had the ceremony in his opening scene
I assume he's in the ceremony room...
