VCD made in Laos always has lesser VDO quality. Maybe too may copies I guess...
I rather pay $13.00 for a DVD instead of paying $8.00 for a VCD.

Yes, it's her latest VCD. The VDO quality doesn't look that bad on the VCD. I don't know why it reduced the VDO quality so much after uploading.
