What if you have multiple colors? For instance, I want to make some gloves, and I saw a pattern that said to crochet it and then sew the edges together. Striped gloves.

You would align the sides and sew them together according to the pattern you are following.

what kind of sewing needle do you use? because mine is too small to put my yarn in so i was just wondering because i need a new one.

I have larger needles with a dull point, about 2" long. I find them hanging with the crochet hooks.
