The SAME thing happened to me on the very first day i bought that thing.. Now I settle for just the normal flying ring :)

simple- we threw it and stuff until Ollie slipped up. Then I took that once and put it up... ouch
Wouldn't that suck if you had one that got stuck? sadly, we still couldn't get it down. Still!
