My favourite site for home style cures is: Earth Clinic (insert dot) com. When you open page click on Ailments tab, scroll down & select your ailment. Read the posts by people that are helped by inexpensive home cures.

Hydrogen Peroxide aka H2o2 is safe in the ear canal. If you do it on the onset of a cold/flu/head cold, you will heal quicker.

Also, Cold FX (all natural) is amazing too. Found in Drug Store.

1) You poor dear. Pls. check out Manuka Honey (insert dot) com, open pg & click on 2nd green banner called: Genuine UMF 16+.

2) Google search: Health benefits of Manuka Honey.

3) Buy Hydrogen Peroxide 3% from drug store and lay your head horizontal. Squeeze an eye dropper full into ear canal. Let fizz for about 10 min. To drain in kleenex, tilt head opposite direction.  Repeat in other ear. All infection comes in thru ear canal.
