Did you ever get around to putting a governor on the throttle, as you can hear the motor rev when you bring it down at around 3:25 min into the video.
@kiwibob72 I am going to do it today but after I put the FB Head back on. Going flybar again as I read a huge forum on helifreak where 100s of people crashing helis due to a Align 3G System.
make sure your on the corect setting for the 600 size heli on your gyro. it maes a difference on how hard it reacts to blade torque. it looks like it holds until you give it more power.also check your direction of correction that might be backwards. just a thought otherwise the gyro set up is the same as the 780.
@frogs84ss Yup its the same as GP780. Thats why I know I have set the delay for Bigger helis (Green Light) I have set the reverse settings right. When I yaw the heli by hand, the rudder servo moves in the right direction to correct. before take off i can move the rudder stick and i know servo is moving in right direction but just when i give it more power it goes spinning :( well I set GP780 on it and its working great :D

@laoch33 :) Oops I replied :) GP780 is an awesome gyro. make sure you understand the gain settings right cuz people with futaba radios should go with 30 to 35% gains and with JR or spektrum radios 70 to 75%

So you took the plunge to go FBL. How much did it cost? I'm glad you are sharing your trials/efforts to master the FBL setups. The "downside" to FBL technology besides cost(equal to another helicopter) is setup complexity. Many newbies go into FBL without understanding that FBL programming requires "full understanding". Keep on tuning.
@trexinvert well this FBL System cost me around 316USD, it came with FBL Metal Head, Align 3G System, and one set of main rotor blades free ;) all accessories were included. Setting up Align 3G is just piece of cake, but tweaking the pitches, resetting after setting up trims and manual setup of linkage rod lengths can take some time to get a right setup. However once you get it setup it flies just so sweet. much more stable hovers and inverted ;)
@trexinvert In addition I might post a video where I will talk about what did i face all times when I set it up and how did i set everything up. That will be a newbie's perspective of setting up Align 3G FBL who had no experience of FBL and it will be a good talk for all the newbies :)
@brotherblonde I clean oil after every flight, takes like 2 mins max. I got a oil cleaning spray that i spray on a piece of towel and then clean off those oil residue. But I am kinda worried bout the amount of smoke it puts out heheheh. If i lean it out then temps goes higher, and engine and main rotor speed scares me
@alishanmao smoke equals cooling, better thatn it being to lean for sure. If engine temp and performance (it certainly sounds like its tuned well enough) are good dont worry about the smoke! Fantastic flying btw bud, in you capable hands the FBL Align looked super smooth and stabe, some great flying there, looking forward to more vids!
@TooSlow2Care I tried that too. I reversed the servo on my Radio. Same happened. I then Reversed the servo using Gyro Setup, same thing happened. I will give it one more try again :) though thanks for advise mate :D
@xbk62x Thankfully it's not gas, but nitro fuel, obviously... But yeah, it doesn't look all that healthy for the enviroment.

ali - the 3G system may be sending the wrong signal to your tail servo. try setting it up with the tail servo reversed.
i hope this helps. i ran into this issue with my Quark Spartan Gyro on my 600. i reversed my servo movement and then everything was fine.
the gyro is basically correcting the ail THE WRONG WAY and making the spin WORSE.
