I'm about to go on a 3- 5 day water fast. tried everything else. Ive been on probiotics and of sugar, gluten, milk, and some other foods I'm sensitive to for over a year (probably close to 2 years. I'm already don't have much body fat but this is my last hope.
@crosspecans Like crosspecans said, make your own. If you buy it make sure it is raw & fresh. Store bought sauerkraut is generally not raw and therefore of no value in supplying the beneficial bacteria that you need.

canned sauerkraut...?? or do i need to hunt up some an hour away at whole foods?

@crosspecans Either one, but the best way is to make your own sauerkraut, not too hard to do, google the directions.
