I just made the weighttraining and ate all i could and get the proteins i needed. I havent followed the whole diet, but my results were excellent. I trained for 9 months and gained 5 kg - just with the knowledge i got in my gym. On this program (actually just the training + mass eating) i gained 5 kg in 6 weeks.
I can only recommend this, it has most answers on weight training and dieting you could imagine for!
