The funny thing about this video is that you used a song by Leonard Cohen... who is a Zionist Jew, and would have been killed under the Tsar's government.
Poor Alexei. If it wasn't enough that he was plagued with that disease, then he was slaughtered by those beasts along with the rest of his beautiful family.
Their story has always touched me very deeply. So tragic.
Wow, so many videos of Alexei to look at, and now I've seen this one at last. Sad, of course, but beautiful too, as was his life. An excellent video. Thanks for the privilege of watching it :)
think alexei died with honor. he had no fear of death, he faced death every day and greeted his old friend with a smile on his face and joy in his heart every morning. he did not hide from death in some padded room hoping to live to be an adult. he went out and did the same things every other child did and knew when he did die he had lived his life to the fullest. he had faith in his god greater then most could ever know since most of us would likely have cursed god for the pain he went threw.
after what happened from the russo japanese war in 1905 how could he not see it coming? that wasnt nearly as bad as WW1 what the hell were they fighting the germans for? just because a serbian shot archduke ferdinand all this had to happen? how could nicholas be that dumb, he kept troops on the front for years to die for no reason its like he allowed the communists and dissenters to topple the monarchy. he knew britain was controlled by jews and were up to no good, same with usa
@idideroo the empire fell for reasons more then ww1 such as striking workers who just wanted fair treatment and starvation in the streets, the war was just the last straw. this young man had nothing to do with any of those things. he was just a boy fighting his own daily battle with his illness. i think his illness was the way he was forced by his god to pay for the sins of his family and even so he never lost faith in that same god, his faith was stronger then the pain an he died with honor.
@MrBill560682 what sins are you talking about? the banks crippled russia economically because the tsar was one of the last countries not to accept a private central bank run by the jewish bank cartels. its well known that every war against japan was financed by jacob schiff who said his goal was to topple the tsar. war runs countries into debt, and russia got no financial support because he kept jews/communists in the Pale.... russian depression was caused by outside factors.
For some reason I tend to focus on the Ekaterinburg horror as a convenient symbol of the socialist=communsist deception. That said, one should not forget that the Tsar represented a very hated regime that only fell to ruin because of WWI. The same horrid war felled the Hollenzoerens and the Hapsburrgs and was primed to fell the 'Windsors' as well.
@LeGrandEnfant Everyone who has become obsessed with the Romanov Family, as I have, knows about Bloody Sundy and to say that Nicholas deserved to die because of that day alone is absurd. Were there problems with way he ran his country - yea there were but to savagaly massacre an entire family is just as wrong if not worse then what happened on Bloody Sundy. Nicholas showed remorse for that day in diary. Those murderes who killed the family did not.
@LeGrandEnfant If they were so unhappy with the way things were going they should have brought him to trial. They were successfull in having a revolution but the way they handled Nicholas and the family was nothing compared to what Nicholas ever did. He was a kind, loving father who just sucked at running a country. The people who took over were ruthless and callous and what followed the aristocracy made Nicholas look like a saint. Communism brought Russia its darkest days since Ivan ...
@LeGrandEnfant Thank you for sayind exactly how it is.... who kills children ??? only people like Communist who only brought darkness to Russia as you very well put it.
He was so beautiful.

Some could see the 'execution' of Tsar Nicholas. Not I, I add.
In the aame measure I would not countenance the murder of that miserable animal lenin's family
I can never sanction the sin of that Ipatieve cellar! My thoughts only...
