Fuck Cook County Jail. I spent a few days in there but it changed my life for the better. I went in there to bail out my brother once also, and they were treating me like shit like I was the one who Commited an offence. Such pricks.

so in a perfect world there would be no need for jails in a fair world the number of blacks, hispanics and whites in jail would be about the same.people cause crime for meny diffrent reasons..most leading back to educatation and money..every 1 has money and a educatation its all good when we adopt one educational system with no such thing as a 2nd class school then every 1 will have an equeal chance at moneys and from there crime will fade away.

70% are black but 45% of that 70% at any given time is drug, burgurly or some misdemeanor charge 8months-3 year sentce leaving 25% duering hard time..compared to the 20% hispanic 7% are out in 8months-3 years leaving 13% doing hard time

10% whites 1% 8months-3years 9% doing hard time.. just for the sake of time 4%of thoes white inmates are in for rape 2%of that 4% are in for rape of a child under the age 15..3% of that 9% are charged with murder 2 of that 3% serial killer most with 6+people
